The Gig

I LIVE!!! But I'm really busy right now!

My plan was to be away from here just for two weeks. A month later...

Long story short, the freelance gig became a full time job (with benefits! Yay!).
The powers that be were so impressed with me they offered it a week into it. And did I mention benefits? YAY!

So my average day has been seeing me get home at around 8 at night. Unfortunately, I've been continually falling asleep after dinner. Weekends have been busy with other things, like family and a couple of freelance jobs I couldn't say no to.

I could promise that things will die down so I can get back to doing fun dA stuff, but right now I don't know WHEN that will happen. I know my cartooning skills are starting to wither since I haven't even been sketching on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, after posting this, I gotta get ready to go help out my local senior center today. I even missing football because of my schedule! Thank goodness, Mad Men is done for the year!

I've got a couple (or ten) of ideas brewing in my brain just waiting to be crafted. Give me time!

Last but not least, GO STEELERS!
